Q: Is this 100% human hair?

A: Yes. Our bundles are made with 100% Brazilian human hair, featuring a soft texture, full ends, minimal shedding, no smell and no tangling. You can also distinguish human hair from synthetic hair with a burn test: human hair turns to ash and produces white smoke, while synthetic fibers melt into a sticky ball and produce black smoke.

Q: How long will my bundles last, and how should I care for them?

A: With proper care, our Brazilian bundles can typically last 1-2 years and may be reused for multiple installs. Their lifespan depends on how often you wear them and how much heat, coloring and chemical processing they receive.

To keep your bundles looking their best:

• Detangle gently from the ends upward
• Wash with lukewarm water and a moisturizing shampoo
• Condition the mid-lengths and ends
• Air-dry whenever possible
• Use a heat protectant before styling
• Sleep with a satin bonnet or scarf
• Avoid excessive heat and heavy product buildup

Q: Can I bleach, color or chemically process the hair?

A: Yes. Our Brazilian hair bundles can be dyed and bleached up to #27. With proper care, the hair can maintain excellent condition even after bleaching or chemical processing without significantly affecting its lifespan. For best results, we recommend having all coloring and bleaching services performed by a licensed professional.

Q: Can I straighten or curl the bundles?

A: Yes. You can straighten the hair for a sleek look or use curling tools to restyle it. For best results, we recommend keeping heat tools below 350°F / 180°C. Frequent exposure to high heat may cause dryness

Q: How many bundles do I need for a full head?

A: Each bundle weighs 100g. For most customers, 3 bundles are enough for a full-head installation.

As a general guide:

• 10–14 inches: 2–3 bundles
• 16–20 inches: 3 bundles
• 22–26 inches: 3–4 bundles
• 28 inches and longer: 4 bundles

Q: Are the hair cuticles aligned?

A: Yes. The cuticles are aligned in the same direction to help the hair remain smoother and reduce unnecessary matting and tangling.

Q: How can I prevent my bundles from tangling?

A: To help prevent tangling:

• Detangle gently from the ends upward
• Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb
• Keep the hair moisturized with a lightweight conditioner
• Avoid excessive oils, gels and product buildup
• Never sleep with wet hair
• Wrap the hair or wear a satin bonnet at night
• Braid or loosely tie the hair before sleeping
• Avoid rubbing the hair with a towel

Q: Why do longer bundles look less full?

A: Each of our bundles weighs 100g. With longer lengths, that weight is distributed over longer strands, so a 30-inch bundle naturally appears less full than a 14-inch bundle. If you are choosing 28 inches or longer, we recommend adding one extra bundle for a fuller result.

Q: What happens if I order the wrong length or change my mind?

A: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the hair is unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in its all security ties intact.

Q: How does local pickup work?

A: We offer local pickup at our Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New Orleans locations. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout and choose your preferred pickup location. Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your order. If someone else will be picking it up for you, please let us know their full name in advance.

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Normally 2-3 business days after placing the order. For urgent orders, we can do next-day delivery or Uber pickup.
