We offer free local pickup in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New Orleans. Simply select “Pickup” at checkout and choose your preferred location.

Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your order. If someone else will be picking it up for you, please provide us with their full name in advance. You may also arrange an Uber pickup if preferred.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: Can I straighten or curl the bundles?

A: Yes. You can straighten the hair for a sleek look or use curling tools to restyle it. For best results, we recommend keeping heat tools below 350°F / 180°C. Frequent exposure to high heat may cause dryness

Q: How many bundles do I need for a full head?

A: Each bundle weighs 100g. For most customers, 3 bundles are enough for a full-head installation.

As a general guide:

• 10–14 inches: 2–3 bundles
• 16–20 inches: 3 bundles
• 22–26 inches: 3–4 bundles
• 28 inches and longer: 4 bundles

A: Each of our bundles weighs 100g. With longer lengths, that weight is distributed over longer strands, so a 30-inch bundle naturally appears less full than a 14-inch bundle. If you are choosing 28 inches or longer, we recommend adding one extra bundle for a fuller result.

Q: What happens if I order the wrong length or change my mind?

A: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the hair is unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in its all security ties intact.
