Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipping Locations

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that orders may be dispatched from any of our regional hubs (Atlanta, GA; New Orleans, LA; or Los Angeles, CA) depending on inventory availability and your location to ensure the fastest delivery.

2. Delivery Cooperation & Investigations

In the rare event of a delivery discrepancy (e.g., tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is not found, or a package is reported lost in transit), we will immediately initiate an official investigation/claim with the carrier (UPS/FedEx).

  • Customer Obligation: By purchasing from Starhair Factory, you agree to cooperate fully with the carrier’s investigation. This may include answering verification calls from the carrier or responding to their inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Forfeiture of Dispute: If a carrier claim is closed as "Denied" or "Not Approved" due to the receiver’s failure to respond or cooperate with the carrier's contact attempts, Starhair Factory reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement requests. Evidence of non-cooperation will be submitted to the financial institution in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.

3. Shipping Address & Rerouting

  • We only ship to the verified address provided at the time of checkout.

  • For security reasons, we cannot reroute packages once they have left our warehouse.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Starhair Factory is not responsible for losses due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
